Key Responsibilities
As a member of our installation team, you'll:
1. Install prefabricated materials in commercial properties
2. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues creatively (outside-the-box thinking)
3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project completion
4. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
5. Meet client expectations and deadlines
Important Notes
- All materials are prefabricated; no design work is required
- Problem-solving skills are crucial to overcome unexpected site challenges
- Commercial multifamily experience is beneficial but not required
- Physical demands of installation work apply (lifting, bending, standing)

Initial Compensation and Performance-Based Raise
- Initial Hourly Pay: $10 per hour for the first 30 days of employment
- Performance Review and Potential Raise:
- After completing 30 days of employment, your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Meeting or exceeding job requirements
- Demonstrating excellent work quality
- Showing teamwork and collaboration
- Adapting to company policies and procedures
- If requirements are met, we will discuss a potential hourly rate increase
- The raise will be determined based on individual performance and company discretion
