JD 1 Collibra Integration Specialist :

Location: Phoenix, AZ

- The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for the design, configuration, and support of the Data Catalog for the strategic data repositories used by Finance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance. The specialist liaises between business users and technologists to understand requirements and configure the catalog to support them. - The specialist also works with other technology teams to build and maintain interfaces between the catalog and tools which provide or consume metadata such as consumption, data quality, lineage, modeling, and ETL tools.

Responsibilities :- Consult with business clients to determine system functional requirements and provide user and operational support- Configure the data catalog to meet user requirements and to integrate with the enterprise meta-data model- Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment- Act as adviser or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications :- 5-8 years of relevant experience- 2+ years working with the Collibra platform- Experience using the Collibra API to integrate with other tools- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detailEducation : Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

JD 2 : Collibra Technical Architect

Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Develop plans and manage client sponsor relationships including status report and change requested.
  • Implement metadata, business glossary and governance and MDM solutions.
  • Develop relational databases and java based web application.
  • Create Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) models including assets, relationships, domains and communities.
  • Define workflow, security and integration requirements as well as define dashboard and reporting requirements.
  • Define technical architecture including sizing development, QA, production environments and disaster recovery.
  • Write functional specifications, technical specifications and test scripts.
  • Configure Dbased on client requirements and specifications.
  • Document case studies and create solution templates that will accelerate future implementations.

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management of Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Data Governance Analyst, Software Associate, or a related position. Open to suitable combination of education, training, or experience
  • 5+years of progressively responsible experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • Experience working in complex enterprise software implementation projects
  • Relational Database Management Systems (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)
  • Scoping and writing SOWs (highly preferred)
  • BI Tools like Tableau (preferred)
  • Ideally, two (2) years working experience with Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) or equivalent Data Governance or Data Management technologies. Alternatively, the candidate can also have a minimum of two (2) years working knowledge of ESB and EAI technologies, preferably Mulesoft
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills with sound communication and presentation skills

JD 3: Collibra UX Consultant

Location : Phoneix Arizona

As the UX Architect, you’ll work with the Design team and UX Developers on building a coherent, delightful and scalable framework for our customers and end users that allows them to make data meaningful within their specific context. You’ll report to the VP of Design. This is a team that has been through rapid growth, will continue to grow, and with your help will continue on the path to drive cohesion, product vision, execution excellence, and excellent cross-functional relationships further advancing design’s strategic value within the organization.
  • Create the information architecture for existing and upcoming user scenarios/products/solutions • Generate user flow diagrams, E2E journey maps, functional annotations, and wireframes to explain the info structure and design strategy to our business partners in product management, engineering, and C-level leadership • Collaborate closely with the UX researchers to design appropriate testing scenarios; iterate quickly with UX designers and product owners towards a desired design state • Ensure feasibility, scalability and adoption of our design system • Seek constant customer connection/input, and use the insights to improve the product experience • Use data and evidence to support decisions • Build strong relationships with developers and evolve existing structures to optimize for scalability and usability

Requirement
  • Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Computer Science or equivalent
7 or more years of working experience as a UX Architect • Technical background, with experience designing complex B2B experiences that balance user needs, business requirements, technological constraints • Highly proficient in technology and software development as it relates to design, particularly UI frameworks and design system development • Demonstrated success of building customer relationships and being customer facing • Knowledge of relevant software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, UX-related, Prototyping, InVision, Flinto, Marvel, Proto.io, Abstract, Balsamiq etc.) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Portfolio illustrating your work and aptitude as an architect
