Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-site training!

Duties

Greet patients and their families warmly upon arrival.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.

Maintain accurate patient records and handle necessary paperwork.

Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.

Assist with insurance verification and claim submissions.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide information about dental services and treatment options.

Handle any patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with calendar management tools and office software is advantageous.

A background in clerical roles will be considered a plus.
