HEAD CHEF / EXECUTIVE CHEF
The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes and maintaining the restaurant's standard of excellence.
◉We are looking for an ambitious, creative chef who has a strong command of food, culinary arts and labor cost.
◉Strong skillset in leading, managing, coaching and supervising junior chefs, sous chefs and cooks.
◉Excellent hospitality skills to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
◉Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
◉Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.
◉Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff across all departments.
Ability to work with tech and a chef with engineering skills will be highly considered!
