Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.The Sales Strategy & Operation Manager will be a key member of our Commercial Operation and Licensing & OEM team in the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division (CSD). This role requires a top-notch project manager skilled in communicating effectively across all organizational levels, adept at managing external relationships, and solving complex problems. You will use your project management and customer relationship skills to manage all aspects of client services for our OEM and Strategic Accounts portfolio. And, you will use your business insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to lead commercial mechanisms and improve commercial effectiveness.Responsibilities
Lead client services project management for our OEM and Strategic Accounts portfolio.
Manage demand planning mechanisms to better align our commercial forecasting with supply, inventory and operations planning.
Drive Pricing and other commercial mechanisms to support sustainable growth.
Leverage sales performance analytics to increase commercial effectiveness.
Coordinate preparation for business performance reviews.
Lead strategic projects for commercial leadership team.
How will you get here?Education
A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a scientific field. MBA preferred.
Experience/ Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy and operations, project management, business development or alliance management.
Experience in life sciences or diagnostics preferred.
Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies.
Successful experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver results.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills; attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to simplify the complex and to synthesize insights from data
Outstanding Excel and quantitative modeling skills.
Expertise in PowerPoint and preparation of well-packaged presentations.
Creative, resourceful, gritty, willing to hustle – will never hesitate to roll up sleeves and pursue something hands-on, will persevere when others fall away.
Ability to adjust for geographic and cultural differences; can proficiently communicate across a diverse set of backgrounds.
