Loan Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist with the following skills-This role is responsible for creative thinking and solving complex mortgage servicing issues and ensuring organizational and departmental objectives are achieved, observing compliance with all applicable standards, policies and procedures.

• Combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and customer service experience.
• A current understanding of applicable federal and state regulations as well as investor guidelines.
• Experience in handling of mortgage claims, mortgage and consumer loan modifications, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, escrow and default-related matters.
• Experience in Direct customer and third-party engagement for mortgage and loan servicing,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent organizational and time management skills.
