Home Maintenance Tech/Handyman Needed - $30-$50/Hr.

Looking for a well rounded handyman for our Lafayette properties. We have around 150 properties in the city and surrounding areas.

Usual Work Includes:

- Light Plumbing

- Light Electrical

- Flooring

- Drywall

- Painting

- Roofing

It will not be full time work. We pay per job and pay at the end of the completion of the job. It is around 10 work orders/wk.
