Responsibilities

Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with new and existing customers

Manage and nurture customer relationships at all stages of the sales funnel, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare estimates and proposals by analyzing the scope of work and requirements

Create proposals and complete estimates for design-build and bid-build projects

Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, organizing, scheduling work, and preparing bids

Review, interpret, and quantify estimate costs, analyzing technical specification documents

Manage bid activities and communication, including change orders and revisions

Solicit, collect, and analyze subcontractor/vendor budgets and quotations

Prepare and present proposals, discussing project scope, costs, risks, and opportunities with customers

Conduct pre-construction meetings to inform Project Managers about project status and crucial elements

Job Description

StoneView Landscape, an award-winning leader in landscape maintenance and construction, is seeking a Landscape Sales Representative with a passion for the outdoors and innovative designs. In this role, you will collaborate with Nick to seek out new contracts for residential and commercial outdoor spaces in our focus areas. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with new and existing customers.
