Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionResponsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance for all machinery in the plant. Machinery and equipment will include rollers, conveyors, corrugators, slicers, benders, gear boxes, motors, panels, and more. Work will include a mix of responding to repair calls to troubleshoot breakdowns as well as following a preventative maintenance schedule. Electrical work will consist of motor swaps, AC, DC, sensors, contactors, relays, and wiring.Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment including rollers, conveyors, corrugators, slicers, benders, gear boxes, motors, and panels.
Respond to repair calls and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns.
Follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
Conduct electrical work including motor swaps, AC, DC, sensors, contactors, relays, and wiring.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting in an industrial maintenance setting with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience with preventative maintenance.
Electrical troubleshooting including working with 3 phase, sensors, contactors, relays, and wiring.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass both mechanical and electrical tests for higher pay rates.

The work environment is a standard production setting without air conditioning, so it can get hot in the summer, but heating is provided in the winter. The facility features a large open floor plan with large corrugating machines.
