Release Engineer

Description Robert Half Technology is searching for a Release Manager for a top client based out of Redmond, Washington. The primary responsibility of this Release Manager is to review and alter content submissions for a digital marketplace. This is a long term contract and would be remote until the office reopens. Responsibilities:• Review and edit content for a marketplace• Ensure consistency in submissions to keep marketplace functional and easy to navigate• Correspond with appropriate parties to keep everyone up-to-date on status of content and any alterations if necessary• Confirm and check for accuracy on all details • Properly document all issues with content or the ingestion tool • Make sure all content is being processed in a timely manner Requirements • Strong organization and ability to manage a ingestion process for dozens of pieces of content each week.• Experience in a release management role• Troubleshooting issue root causes which is complicated further in an environment with multiple builds on multiple platforms using various SDK versions• Strong attention to detail• Relentless drive to deliver high quality results on time• Initiative to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment• Ability to track, manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in progress at any given timeNice to Have: - Customer support / service role experience- Digital downloadable content knowledge and experience - Experience working on a 2-sided digital marketplace- Gaming industry experienceIf this sounds like a good fit, apply today!
