Established, reputable business seeking reliable individual to maintain and clean commercial property. Independent work so you need to be self-motivated and detail oriented.

Clean driving record is needed.

Shift Needed - 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Wednesday - Sunday

Other shifts are available once proven on this property.

Job Description - Conducting full porter services which include changing trash cans, wiping window ledges, rinsing pavers, picking trash from flower beds with picker, dumpster area clean-up as needed, other tasks as assigned. There is a lot of walking is involved.

You will be working mostly on your own so you must be self-motivated, and timely.
