Description We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate industry, based in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our marketing collateral, maintaining our headshot library, and supporting various marketing projects. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Maintain and manage our headshot library of assets and process Serve as the librarian for all marketing collateral Handle the processing of marketing and communications invoices Support the creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations for various audiences Provide support for the annual strategic planning process Handle inquiries and triage in the marketing inbox Prepare reports as needed Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including the preparation of nametags, branded merchandise, and overall process coordination Document department processes and procedures Support social media campaigns Coordinate and manage various projects as needed Handle general administrative tasks Assist in coordinating team training and events Support the creation and distribution of apparel and branded merchandise for special needs. Requirements Applicants must possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge and experience with CRM systems are required. Familiarity with Facebook Insights is necessary. Experience with creating and managing advertisements is essential. Applicants should have a background in blogging. Proven ability to enhance brand awareness is important. Understanding of budget processes is required. Experience in campaign planning is necessary. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key. The ability to work well in a team and independently is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Must be able to legally work in the specified location.
