Location: Tempe, AZ Description: Our client is currently seeking a Genesys Platform Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona or Lone Tree, Colorado.If you are interested please contact me directly ator email me at Job Description:Genesys Platform Engineers are responsible for providing technical expertise for Genesys contact center implementations, discovery sessions, solution architecture, technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the other support engineering team members. What you'll do: In this role the primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide assistance to the CTI team for architecture and design efforts related to contact center technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues related to contact center technologies and work with internal resources to resolve complex issues Work within an Agile framework to provide estimates for and deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner Provide assistance with troubleshooting complex implementation issues; Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet tight deadlines when required Consult with business partners to provide technical direction for upcoming project requests Implement new technologies, frameworks, and architectures Manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity Ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger pictureIf you are interested please contact me directly ator email me at Contact: This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
