HEAD CHEF
Looking for a head chef for our 50 seat cozy restaurant in Brooklyn. Seeking a team player with a level head and an excellent palate, who can execute our vision and bring their own creativity to this busy and growing neighborhood spot. Must be able to calmly lead a small team in the kitchen, collaborate with FOH, work brunches, dinners and holidays. Open availability, at least two years experience as a sous, and desire to find a home. Applicants with transient work history cannot be considered, we are looking for at least a one year commitment, and hopefully longer! Interviewing and hiring immediately.
