Description ONSITE IN HOUSTON! We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Client Services & Marketing Coordinator position in the Houston, Texas area. This role operates within the real estate industry and will require the successful candidate to provide administrative and marketing support to our team, as well as conducting market research and managing client communications. Responsibilities: Efficiently prepare, control, and maintain legal documents such as letters of intent, proposals, commission agreements, and listing agreements throughout the deal and due diligence process. Undertake administrative support activities including file management, scanning, photocopying, organizing, and distributing marketing materials. Coordinate deal processing with agents and the Accounting Department, while also scheduling meetings, property tours, and travel plans. Maintain accurate records of correspondence for property listings with agents and update client reporting as necessary. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce, coordinate, and assemble marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, invitations, signage, and announcements. Create and maintain email communications using HubSpot, while also updating listings on various platforms. Conduct market information research through various sources including CRM and third-party databases. Create, prepare, and produce client-specific packages, presentations, and proposals. Work closely with agents on various initiatives and special projects. Proo copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the final copy.Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is necessary Strong skills in client relations and administrative assistance required Experience with social media platforms and marketing analytics essential Graphic design skills are a must Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software necessary Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
