Noble Farriery is looking for an experienced farrier to join our team!

Starting Salary up to $85,000 after probationary period with potential for increase

Job Responsibilities

● Maintaining a clientele of up to 125 horses to company standards, and displays excellent horsemanship during

the shoeing process to create a calm

and positive experience for the horse

● Is vigilant in regard to farrier safety

standards in accordance with

Washington State requirements

● Proactively communicates with clients

and office to maintain momentum and

stay on schedule

● Works collaboratively with veterinarians,

trainers, and owners for the well being

of the horse

● Understands and utilizes the company

brand and culture and is willing to represent the company appropriately at all times

● Follows company guidelines for all interactions on the job while representing the company at all times

Our farriers recieve their own fully equiped company vehicle, a uniform, an Ipad, and operate with an assistant.

Paid Time Off: After probationary period and initial evaluation, the farrier will be eligible for two week paid vacation per year. Sick leave will be accrued through hours worked.

Health Coverage: Eligible after probationary period.

Retirement Contribution Matching: Eligible after one year of employment.

Safety Requirements: Noble Farriery will maintain safety standards in compliance with Washington State Labor and Industries. Barns will have mandated policies they must adhere to in order to receive our farriers, Noble Farriery will hold monthly safety meetings to address hazards and receive feedback.

Provided Materials: Farrier will be provided with a Noble Farriery uniform, PPE gear, and work-related supplies.

Marketing: New employees will receive a training session on expectations regarding social media usage, overall online presence, and company representation.
