Independent Contractor for Manufactured Homes

Looking for contractors who have experience in mobile home repair. Our company refurbishes/remodels & repairs/services mobile & manufactured homes.

This is a 1099 position.

You must be willing to travel - most jobs in Indiana & Michigan. Locations vary, but mostly in the same range must be willing to load parts at one location

You must have the following:

liability insurance, tools to perform the work, truck & trailer or a way to transport materials

Must have knowledge of the following skills:

painting, plumbing, trimming, carpet, linoleum, drywall, etc.

This is a $30-38 per hour flat rate position per the work order per job. This means that each job has specific hours to complete the work. You get paid per workorder/per job.
