Tabitha Home Care Services is looking for a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregivers to join our team! We are seeking individuals that can work independently, to provide high quality care to patients. You will follow the plan of care provided by your supervisor to help the clients maintain good personal hygiene and maintain a healthful and safe environment.

As a Home Health Aide you will:

Assist clients with the following activities:

Self-administration of medications for clients who are competent to direct the care

Personal care including grooming and dressing

Eating and meal preparation

Oral hygiene and denture care

Toileting and toilet hygiene

IADL assistance emergency first aid
