Skilled Sheet Metal Worker and Steamfitter

HVAC Qualifications:

In need of a person that has the ability to oversee two scopes of this project (HVAC/ASM) along with the corresponding subcontractors - basic requirements are the ability to provide an HVAC layout , installation of ductwork, control wiring rough in and connections, utility and in-line fan start-ups along with ASM/waterproofing install. This position includes scheduling both manpower and product through the projects completion.

Work on this project requires 1) Experience installing HVAC and ventilation systems 2) Experience reading mechanical drawings 3) Experience installing and landing control wire 4) Experience with ASM scope, and proper sequence installation 5) Experience measuring and ordering GSM flashings 6) Experience soldering GSM and 7) Experience fabricating/modifying GSM flashings in the field

Plumbing Qualifications:

We will be needing a plumber/steamfitter/pipefitter who is familiar with Installing Domestic Water Systems (Soldering, Brazing, Threading Joints). This person would also need experience in installing waste systems (Cast Iron, Durion, PVC) along with knowledge of the PEX Water System and UPC codes. They will need experience in Dimensional Layouts and Basic Plan reading and basic Refrigeration Piping installation.
