Our team is comprised of experienced leaders, optometrists, optical technicians, and teleoptometry specialists who are dedicated to providing high-quality services and solutions to our customers. Together, we will work to identify areas of improvement, implement innovative solutions, and continuously improve our processes to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers.What you'll do:
Develops and implements strategic plans to drive operational excellence and compliance across all aspects of Walmart's optical and teleoptometry services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Monitors and audits company operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions as needed to ensure that all optical and teleoptometry operations are conducted in accordance with Walmart's code of conduct and other relevant policies and procedures.
Leads and develops a team of experienced opticians, optical technicians, and teleoptometry specialists, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure that team members are delivering high-quality services and solutions to customers and continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in leading and implementing successful operational improvements and change management initiatives in retail or healthcare settings, with a focus on optical and/or teleoptometry services.
Strong knowledge of optical and teleoptometry technologies, services, and industry trends, as well as familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and trends, and use insights to drive informed decision-making and business outcomes.
