Job Description
Checks and fills defects in molds and plugs to ensure a high quality finish. Sands, sprays gelcoat, and polishes gel-coated surfaces. Understandingthe importance of a high quality product and strives to meet and exceed that quality.
Qualifications
- Identify and correct imperfections in the gel-coat.
- 3 to 5 years of gel-coat and repair is required
- Use orbital sander, buffer, die grinder, polishing compounds, and etc.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Work with a team to complete daily tasks
- Follow instruction of Supervisor/foreman/lead.
- Must comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
- Cross train within in the department
