Baristas

We are seeking dedicated and skilled baristas for our new cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality espresso based drinks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our coffee program.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including proper storage of dairy & beverage items.

Follow food/beverage safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of drinks served.

Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service.

Help train new barista staff on techniques and food safety practices.

Experience

Previous experience in a barista role.

Knowledge of coffee/tea preparation techniques.

Familiarity with dietary needs and restrictions is a plus.

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
