REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients

Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients

Analyze, consult and perform high-quality beauty services in a professional and comfortable setting

Meet and exceed service and retail objectives

Execute services to Mahalo Holistic Beauty Bar standards

Review your schedule on our Boulevard app

Check in and out clients with our POS system

Product Knowledge; to educate clients on our products and services

Knowledge of hygiene and policy standards

A willingness to learn

Adapting to new situations quickly

Maintain appropriate conversations before during and after the service

Restock the room according to company standards

Sanitize and clean room/station after EVERY service and EVERY shift

Be customer service driven

We only do regular manicure/pedicure services with non-toxic products. NO GELS, NO ACRYLICS

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience is a plus (at least 2 years of experience) but we are willing to train the right candidate.

VALID NJ nail technician/cosmetologist/massage therapist LICENSE. We welcome recent graduates and temporary licenses

The ideal candidate will be:

Have knowledge of spa manicures and pedicures.

Have knowledge of correct manicure and pedicure procedures for cuticle maintenance.

A self-starter who does not require micromanagement

Comfortable with learning new client management systems

Basic understanding of technology

Reliable, responsible, accountable

Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent

Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning

Discounted treatments on a monthly basis

Compensation starts at $16/hour for Nail Technicians. (Based on experience)

Compensation starts at $40/hour for Massage Therapists. (Based on experience)

We offer full time/ part time positions with 9:00AM - 7:00PM hours, Tuesday - Sunday.
