Position title: Senior Product Manager IIFLSA Status: Full-time, ExemptReports to: Director of Product ManagementThe RoleThe Senior Product Manager II position is expected to manage the active pipeline of feature development in Jira and to work through the product process on any major initiatives in front of the product team. This includes Planning Sprints, leading refinement sessions, writing user stories and coordinating with other team members in requirements gathering.The Senior Product Manager II role requires the ability to build strong relationships with our stakeholders, GTM partners, UX as well as the engineering team. Whether working on a cross-team initiative or tracking down required data/data sources for a new feature the SPM2 will be engaged with many members of the larger Anywhere RE organization.This role will need to not only prioritize the engineering backlog, but their time when determining where to focus to deliver the highest impact. The expectation is that anyone considered for this role will be able to track and develop multiple initiatives with a constant push towards delivery.The Day to Day

Produce Jira Initiatives and Epics and clearly communicate them to the Engineering, UX and QA teams.

Meet with partners to gather requirements.

Coordinate with other Product team members in their efforts to provide production support, process analytics and coordinate other feature development.

Own the relationship with business partners and perform continuous discovery with business and user.

Coordinate upcoming epics for sprint planning - ensure 2 sprints of backlog groomed and ready

Meet regularly with Tech, UX and Product teams to maintain clear focus on the mission and to ensure all have what is needed to move initiatives forward.

The Senior Product Manager 2 role is a high output, high expectation, role. Your day to day is yours to plan and execute. A Senior Product Manager 2 on Leads Product team is expected to be self-directed and mission focused.

The Requirements

7+ years of experience in a professional product development environment with minimum 5 years in a Product Management/Ownership role.

5+ years’ experience working in an Agile development.

Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.

Excellent Technical literacy

Full Product Lifecycle experience

Experience building User Experience focused Products

Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.

The ability to make decisions with confidence.
