Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is centered around delivering exceptional customer service at various events across the country. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and interacting with customers, offering them a memorable experience. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment.Responsibilities: Be the initial point of contact for customers in the front lobby during various events Efficiently and professionally distribute product samples to customers Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to the dress code which includes wearing a provided apron over a white polo or button-down shirt, black pants, and comfortable gym shoes Use your customer service skills to engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner Have the ability to stand for the duration of the shift to meet customer service needs Address customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed Use Microsoft Word to keep accurate records of customer interactions Aim for customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support Process customer applications with attention to detail and accuracy Requirements Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service Demonstrable skills in Customer Service, both in-person and over the phone Proficiency in Microsoft Word Track record of creating exceptional Customer Experiences Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction Experience providing robust Customer Support Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
