What You’ll Do:

-Lead the charge: Empower a team of installers to successfully complete solar installations, ensuring everything is done with precision and care.

- Problem solver in action: Be the go-to expert for technical issues on-site, troubleshooting with confidence.

-Customer delight: Professionally communicate with customers, guiding them through what to expect, how to stay safe, and making sure they’re thrilled with the results.

- Installation expert: Follow electrical codes (NEC), standards, and manufacturers' guidelines to install electrical equipment.

- Material management: Review bills of materials, pull inventory, and make sure all materials are on hand to get the job done smoothly.

- Time management pro: Handle tasks efficiently and with urgency while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.

- Keep it clean: Maintain a tidy job site and document progress for management and customers.

- Show up ready to win: Regular, reliable performance is key to our team’s success.

Skills & Abilities We’re Looking For:

- Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools, ladders, roofing materials, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and more.

- Sharp problem-solving skills—you see challenges as opportunities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Commitment to showing up on time and being a crucial part of our success.

Education & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience with solar, battery and electrical work (AC/DC).

- Experience in roofing (metal, concrete tile, comp shingle, etc.), HVAC, metal fabrication, construction, or carpentry is a plus.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required.

- A valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Management experience required- we can coach you to further develop these skills

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Vocational or technical school training is a bonus!

- OSHA certification

Physical Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Comfortable working at heights (rooftops, ladders, stairs).

- Able to work in extreme environments (hot sun, cold attics, crawl spaces).

- Able to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
