We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.A Manager develops and coaches staff and establishes relationships to develop new business for the Firm. Performance is judged based on management and leadership skills, quality of work, ability to meet time constraints and practice development. Keeps informed of current technical developments and pending matters important to the Firm, the profession and clientsParticipates in the supervision, training and staff developmentBasic Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent training and experienceAt least 5 years' experience demonstrating a progression in complexity of responsibilitiesGood knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting for investment companiesFamiliarity with portfolio accounting and investment management platforms including Advent Geneva (and related products), FundCount, EnfusionPreferred/Desired Qualifications:Ability to work with and develop team membersTeam player with strong communication and analytical skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with cloud-based accounting systems including QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, Bill.com, Concur, ExpensifyWe strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
