Come be a part of our exciting and innovative team!Job DescriptionThis role will act as a manager with oversight of the administrative and operational aspects of IPSC's Off-Dut Officer Division. This role will coordinate with Law Enforcement agencies for off-duty details. This position will be based out of the Corporate Office. This role will oversee the team of internal and external coordinators.This position works closely with our Board of Directors, Corporate staff, Sales Team, as well as Regional and Branch Managers throughout the company. This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail. This position will have a somewhat flexible schedule, but may have to work nights and weekends, or prolonged hours during our company's emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position. This position is paid a weekly salary, requires a high level of administrative and decision-making skills and will supervise 2+ employees. The ideal candidate will be experienced, eager, friendly and professional. We are looking for a real go-getter. Common Tasks:-Coordinating with new Departments-Oversight of job setup-Scheduling setup and oversight-oversight of Onboarding new employees-operational oversight and monitoring of KPIsCore Competencies:-Technical skills-Problem solving-Communication (written/verbal) & Interpersonal-Organization/Time Management-Customer Service/Teamwork-Adaptability/Flexibility-Financial Acumen-Leadership/People Management-Project Management-Data Analysis-Scheduling-Conflict ResolutionPhysical/Mental Requirements:
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to make sound decisions.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
Ability to drive a vehicle for business needs
Ability to travel for work
Ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to pass a skills test
