This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition and expanding service agreements within the assigned territory. The position is part of the Service Sales team, working collaboratively to grow service revenue through proactive customer engagement and sales strategies. Main Tasks
Primary Focus : Market and sell service contracts, with a key focus on securing agreements with newly installed systems ("Conversion").
Quotation Management : Prepare quotations, receive customer orders, and provide timely follow-up using the iSAC-CRM system.
Customer Engagement : Establish and execute a strategy to ensure consistent customer outreach and engagement.
Sales Forecasting : Provide weekly sales forecasts based on active quotations and sales pipeline.
Market Analysis : Collect and document information on customers, competitors, and market trends for CRM system updates.
Events & Campaigns : Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and marketing campaigns when required.
Responsibilities
Ensure service agreements are effectively marketed and sold to both new and existing customers.
Utilize iSAC-CRM for accurate quote generation, follow-up, and customer data management.
Proactively build and maintain relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Regularly analyze and report on sales performance, including quote follow-ups and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the service sales team to share best practices and improve sales effectiveness.
Competencies
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of ASSA ABLOY Pedestrian Doors and related service offerings.
Market Insight : In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation capabilities to close deals effectively.
Technical Acumen : Ability to understand technical details and communicate value propositions to customers.
Requirements Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or business development role.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in selling service agreements and working within CRM systems is highly valued.
Skills
Language : Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus).
Computer Proficiency : Strong skills in MS Office Suite, CRM (iSAC preferred), and ERP systems.
