Assist in Medallia application configuration and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients' feedback collection strategies, including surveys, dashboards. closed loop, and text analytics

Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and be able to translate those requirements into technical specifications.

Support and independently complete project tasks related to Medallia application configuration.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data, identifying and resolving any data-related issues and configuration-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.

The TeamOur Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.QualificationsRequired

3+ years of experience performing Medallia configuration for surveys, dashboard development and implementation of related Medallia features

Medallia product certifications

Experience designing and programming surveys and analyzing survey data

Experience working directly with client stakeholders

Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
