Similar to a Service writer position. You'll be responsible for interacting with high end customers who have purchased Million dollar plus yachts. You will be their main contact for service and warranty work. Work in Anacortes and serve customers throughout the PNW.

Silver Seas Yachts has an opening for a Service Writer/Advisor at our PNW dealership in Anacortes/Seattle, WA. We like to think of our Service Advisors as Service Concierge, because it is all about the top notch experience our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in person, and via phone, text, and email

Assist with ensuring the customer experience is top ranked

Enter customer information into system database

Parts ordering

Parts inventory and tracking

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Assist customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs

Asks customers to explain specific issues

Maintains electronic and/or paper records of completed service work

Coordinate with several departments inside the dealership

Collect payment from customers for services rendered

Assist in helping to resolve customer complaints regarding services

Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong attention to detail

Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments and meet with customers

Ability to learn new computer programs with ease

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
