Part Time Auto Body/Paint Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to help with some of our restorations in a private collection. Responsibility for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and expertise in autobody and paint repair. Work is ready to be started asap.
Responsibilities:
-Perform body repairs, including straightening, welding, and panel replacement.
-Repair and replace damaged components, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
-Perform minor structural repairs.
-Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
-Apply paint and finish coatings to achieve a seamless and flawless appearance.
-Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
-Must obtain some basic Auto Body Tools/Paint Spray Gun
-Must be able to do body work and paint cars
-Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in all aspects of automotive body repair and refinishing.
-Strong knowledge of automotive body repair tools and materials.
-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
-Valid Driver's License

Based Upon Experience
Job Type: Part Time (Weekends Ok!)
Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
