Our client, in Concord MA is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to join their team to be responsible for the order management process and the customer relationship as it pertains to ordering Welch's products.Job Title: Customer Operations AssociateLocation: Concord MAPay Range: $47.56Schedule: Hybrid Work Model This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters with Thursdays and Fridays being flexible remote days. On occasion, this cadence may shift based on business needs.What’s the Job?

Serve as an internal champion for the customer with a lens towards fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.

Manage data integrity within the ERP and other internal systems

Manage ongoing ordering for designated customer group

Collect and maintain requirements/expectations/fees for key customers

Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement/efficiency gains

What’s Needed?

High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

0-2+ years of previous business experience, preferably in a operations/supply chain/relationship management environment (internship and/or co-op experience applicable).

Excel skills required

Prior supply chain/logistics experience and consumer goods experience are a plus

Oracle Systems or other ERP program experience is a plus
