We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our busy Real Estate Management team. This position can be full-time or part-time based on availability.

Responsibilities:

Calling tenants regarding past due balances

Managing daily work orders and ensuring timely completion.

Communicating effectively with maintenance staff and vendors.

Handling city violations and coordinating the closure of open permits.

Creating invoices for approval

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in an office assistant or similar role is required.

Skills: Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.

Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential.
