Non Emergency Medical Dispatcher

Hours are:

Monday through Friday from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm. Unfortunately these hours are firm but overtime may be needed so flexibility is greatly appreciated.

Our system is Google based w/ 6 screens to monitor at once. A typing test & mapping test will be given to make sure you will be a excellent fit for WVT. Must have excellent communication skills on the phone & for purposes of sending emails.

Our main goal is:

1) scheduling client appointments

2) answering the phones

3) downloading trips / exporting

4) monitoring driver's for on time transports

5) communicating w/ driver's through Zello

Training will be provided as this is a position we are looking to fill immediately. Clean cut appearance is necassary as well as passing a DMV, Drug & Federal background check.

This position is very demanding & will not allow time for interacting on your cell phone, FB, gaming etc
