We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team and help streamline operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone for our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will manage administrative tasks, assist customers, and coordinate with technicians to keep the shop organized and efficient.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers and assist with inquiries, scheduling, and payments, Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and filing, Handle phone calls and emails professionally, Order office supplies and track inventory, Coordinate schedules of repairs, customer interactions, and shop operations, Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in office management or administration (auto repair industry experience is a plus), Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Proficiency in computer applications ( e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or similar software), Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
