Job Summary:

As a Delivery Driver at Savenor’s, you will be responsible for transporting meat products from our facility to various customer locations. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and company policies.

Timely Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery of meat products to customers according to scheduled delivery times.

Product Handling: Handle, load, and unload meat products properly, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or issues in a courteous and professional manner.

Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, adjusting as needed based on traffic conditions or delivery requirements.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.

Documentation: Accurately complete and submit delivery logs, invoices, and other required documentation on time.

Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices when handling meat products.

Production Support: Assist with fulfillment duties, including packing and gathering products for delivery as required.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid [state/country] driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience: Prior experience as a delivery driver is preferred, especially in the food or meat industry.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.
