We are a small to midsize CPA firm with a loyal client base, seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. Your role will include a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, maintaining our filing system, greeting clients, managing project workflows, processing copies of tax returns, draft and prepare Word documents, including financial reports or IRS correspondence, handling billings, collection, managing supplies inventory, ensuring our computers are functioning smoothly with IT support, coordinating with vendors, and more.

Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is essential, and familiarity with QuickBooks would be ideal.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional firm.
