That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!OverviewThe Senior Solutions Engineering Specialist (SES) partners with Specialist Business Sales to sell complex T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging their strong technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge. SESs engage in presales activities by consulting on customer opportunities to gain understanding of their business, identify their business challenges, and develop solutions which meet their needs. SESs partner with Marketing, Product, SE, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to lead complex solutions designs for our largest and most complex customer opportunities.The Sr. SES will architect and designs solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network. SESs provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, as well as providing answers to customer's technical inquiries. SESs further support Specialist Business Sales by reviewing specific customer opportunities and sales funnels. SESs will consult with Sales on the technical aspects of T-Mobile for business products and services. SESs maintain their technical skills and industry expertise by participating in internal and external training opportunities. SESs also pursue and maintain partner or industry certification as required for their position.
