This opportunity will support a dynamic, fast-paced and energetic ERP implementation for a large Federal government organization. This program will retire the agency’s existing legacy system and replace it with iFAMS/Momentum. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in an agile environment using emerging technologies. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people, with opportunities to learn and grow as you help deliver the overall solution to our client.You will serve as the Integrated Master Scheduler delivering capabilities and services for the overall multi-year implementation effort. The candidate will lead and assist with the creation and maintenance of integrated project schedules by collaborating with CGI, client, and partner stakeholders and managers.This position is located in our Arlington, VA office, or Lafayette, LA , Knoxville, TN, or Lebanon, VA or Belton, TX office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities:-Establish an intimate relationship with the Client, Project Managers, and PMO Analysts-Exhibit understanding of the PWS through development and maintenance of the project schedule-Develop an integrated project schedule Ability that is fully networked using predecessors and successors along with optimal activity durations affording discreet progress measurement by collaborating with PM and Team Leads from multiple vendors-Review schedule activities, status, and results with PMs and Workstream Leads as required-Produce and debrief weekly / Ad hoc schedule analysis to Leadership-Implement baseline changes into the integrated project schedule by collaborating with applicable stakeholders-Apply recognized industry best scheduling practices to develop and maintain project schedules-Identify, develop and implement processes to improve schedule management officeRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:-4+ years of experience developing and managing schedules-Knowledge and experience in schedule quality analysis-Know-how to perform critical path analysis of schedules within MS Project or SSI Tool Plug-in-Expertise in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel (charts, pivot tables)-Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills-Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude-Ability to establish working relations at all organizational levels and demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively deal with Government officials and program office stakeholders-Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction-Ability to balance and prioritize diverse tasksDesired qualifications/non-essential skills required:-Experience with SSI tool plug-in of MS Project-Experience with project scheduling in an Agile environment-Experience with scheduling for a large-scale ERP implementationCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
