Busy contracting office is looking for a talented individual to bolster our team. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
Responsibilities include:
Coordination of all aspects of projects from lead contact through installation
Tracking marketing sources of incoming leads
Heavy phone and email contact with customers
Scheduling estimates and installations
Generation and distribution of appointment postcards and mailings
Permitting of all projects as necessary
Utility mark out coordination
Assisting in sales and customer relationship effort by following up on estimates and installations
Able to see areas lacking and willing to pitch in to ensure success
Other tasks as assigned

- Able to understand and logically maintain scheduled appointments
- Able to prioritize independently and multi-task effectively
- Professional, articulate, concise, and patient while interacting with customers on the phone
- Organized and a quick learner
- Proficient with computer skills, ie: email, internet, Microsoft Office
- A great anticipator and able to understand the entire operational process to help adapt to changing conditions
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a similar position
Office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed to complete work tasks. Paid vacation, sick and holidays, health benefits, 401k. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
