Clerck Administrative Office
We are looking for a competent Clerck Administrative Office worker to start immediately to perform various Developer and Real Estate transactions, maintaining comprehensive and accurate documents and reports. Day to day activities will include a variety of clerical functions, including, but not limited to preparing data entry, photocopying, scanning, and learning administrative functions
Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Spanish. Basic knowledge in computers, Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook and navigate on the internet is required. Must be willing to work as part of a team - exhibit interpersonal skills, show initiative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; must have a positive attitude and a strong will to learn and be trained.
Responsibilities
Managing online platforms to keep all important information and documents appropriately
Working with classified information and maintaining confidentiality
Handling Real Estate Transactions and completing daily assignments
Answering phone calls
Making follow-up with all activities in progress and unfinished assignments
Assisting with property analysis and comps for potential purchases
Engaging in problem solving to resolve challenges
Generating budgets
Producing records, documents, and reports
Informing about daily meetings, scheduled activities, and deadlines
Taking control of insurances as per needed
Filing; opening and closing
Making data entries in the accounting system
Experience
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish, are essential for success in this role.
