If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleProduction Project SpecialistWhat does a successful Production Project Specialist do at Fiserv?At Fiserv, a Production Project Specialist plays a crucial hybrid role by working closely with the Director of Creative Resources & Operations and the Production Director for Proof Point Studio within the Global Brand and Communications Department. You will oversee creative requests within the project management tool, Workfront, and serves as a liaison among requestors, creative project managers, production designers, and external vendors daily. You will ensure that creative operations run smoothly, maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.What you will do:
Enter, review and revise a high volume of creative requests daily.
Create work schedules and keep abreast of resource availability across all creative disciplines.
Document scope changes, correspondence and reference materials.
Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure schedules run efficiently, jobs are completed as intended, and invoicing is processed timely.
Estimate labor and material costs of commercial printing and ancillary services including cutting, binding and mailing, after evaluating the customer specifications and needs.
Determine cost effective and competitive price based on factors such as paper stock, ink, finishing instructions, quantity, packaging and shipping instructions.
Stay up to date with paper stocks, inks, printing techniques, and finishing processes.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination work experience and/or military experience
4+ years experience working with an in-house creative team and/or agency
4+ years experience with SOWs (Statements of Work) and MSAs (Master Service Agreements)
4+ years experience with opening purchase orders and reconciling invoices within budget
What will be great to have:
Financial services experience
Marketing and creative deliverable processes for design and print production experience
Proficiency in Office 365 applications, Adobe CS and Workfront
