Position SummaryWhat you'll doAbout Team:Every Day Low Prices (EDLP) is the cornerstone of our business and our focus on prices has never been stronger. Pricing Operations assists in developing and implementing pricing strategies for Walmart products, gathers information on competitive pricing, and analyzes performance data to assess the effectiveness of current pricing strategies. This position involves monitoring progress and results of pricing initiatives and utilizing information systems to gather and analyze data.What you 'll do:

Identifies business needs and determines necessary processes and practices for pricing implementation .

Monitors progress and results of pricing initiatives .

Incorporates company policies and standards of ethics and integrity into business plans .

Gathers information on competitive pricing, including retail price surveys and third-party data .

Assists Pricing Manager in developing and executing retail pricing strategies .

Analyzes current pricing strategies and recommends changes to the Pricing Manager .

Reviews and analyzes sales, profits, margins, in-stock, mark-up, and mark-down data to assess performance of current pricing strategy .

What you'll bring:

+1 years of experience in Business Management, Retail , Omni-Channel Merchandising, Marketplace, or a related area OR Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Ability to prioritize tasks

Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative team player

Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement

Excellent communication skills

Digital literacy and analytics skills

Strong business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience in Business Management, Retail , Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.

Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
