Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sailing Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the ocean, a commitment to safety, and a talent for providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and navigate our 50-ft sailing catamaran, 'Winona.'

- Lead and manage the crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Deliver engaging and informative commentary to guests about the local marine environment.

- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.

- Maintain the vessel to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

- Assist in planning and executing special events and private charters.

Qualifications:

- Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License.

- Proven experience as a sailing captain, preferably in a tour or charter setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Passion for marine life and environmental conservation.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
