Admin. Assistant/Secretary-CPA or Legal Firm Experience REQUIRED
Part-Time / Full-Time receptionist, telemarketer, general office administrator to work for CPA firm in Skokie. Must have proficient computer skills.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Telemarketing
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in computer skills
Ability to work under pressure (whenever necessary), be compassionate, patient and friendly with others.
Proficient in telemarketing, answering and receiving phone calls.
Job Type: Part-time / Full
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
