House Cleaner Needed

Seeking monthly (or bi-weekly) housekeeper for a 700sf one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a small kitchenette. Resident is an elderly man who keeps the apartment in good order, but he needs help to keep up with the cleaning. He will also need someone to periodically wash the bed linen using the on site washing machine and put clean sheets on the bed.

Bonus to a provider that has very basic tech skills and can assist him to reboot the Cox cable box and computer modem when it occasionally falls offline.

Compensation negotiable.
