Home Delivered Meal Driver

Responsible for delivering meals to home-bound elderly according to a defined route or area. Responsible for ensuring that meals remain at safe, appropriate temperatures during transporting. Maintains accurate and complete records of meals delivered and meal temperatures throughout the route. Responsible for checking on the welfare of meal recipients and reporting concerns to the center staff. Responsible for collecting any contributions on a daily basis and keeping them safe and confidential.Promotes the Care Connection mission statement to provide resources and services that empower people to create healthy aging experiences.As needed up to 10 hours per week. Applicant must have reliable transportation. No experience needed.
