Warehouse Manager/ Customer Service
Job duties: Accomplish warehouse objectives by selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, planning ,maintaining customer service standards. Managing the drivers orders and the timely deliveries. Able to operate a forklift safely.
Maintain service records for the 4 service trucks and 3 forklifts. Maintain, document and forward paperwork to AP and AR department for all delivery's into company and all service parts and deliveries leaving the company to correct departments. Double check deliveries going out for correct products and count.
Maintain warehouse area by organizing floor space. Keeping warehouse orderly and clean by sweeping/cleaning. labeling and organizing inventory. Making sure that customers repairs are scheduled and repaired in a timely manner. Maintaining a good inventory control by conducting bi-monthly spot inventories. Reporting low inventory items that need to be ordered. Maintaining impeccable back order logs of customers orders. Loading and unloading trucks, receiving shipments and documenting, documenting any shipments that come in damaged via photos and written documentation. Secures warehouse and premises by locking all gates and doors upon closing.
Counter sales and assisting the customer by pulling and processing their orders. Verifying that all orders are pulled correctly before shipping or loading into delivery truck or shipping via truck or UPS/FEDEX/DHL.
Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Word, Excel and e-mails. Responding to e-mails.
5 days a week Monday - Friday
