City wide Management company is seeking a Leasing Agents for multiple properties with strong communication skills, positive attitude, aggressive sales background, and experience. Leasing agents will be responsible for maintaining positive resident relations in our apartment community. We are offering an unbeatable salary with a bonus!

Responsibilities will include:

· Leasing

Marketing on social media and field marketing

· Resident relations

· Work Order Input

· Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects

· Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years previous experience in property management – will check references

· Computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Excellent follow up skills via email and phone

· Professional presentation

· Friendly, energetic and great people skills

· Onesite experience
